This two-day course will increase your ability to work with others. More specifically, it will give you the ability to help others work together as you influence attitudes and decisions as well as integrate places, processes, and technologies. The course is broken into three parts. The first part focuses on planning and strategy, the second focuses on leadership within the facility itself, and the third focuses on leadership of the organization in its entirety.
