As a facility manager, you’re saddled with major responsibilities. Such responsibilities of a facility manager require excellent leadership skills. As part of this IFMA Leadership & Strategy Essentials Competency Course, you will further your leadership skills to help organize and delegate tasks and processes related to managing a facility.

This two-day course will increase your ability to work with others. More specifically, it will give you the ability to help others work together as you influence attitudes and decisions as well as integrate places, processes, and technologies. The course is broken into three parts. The first part focuses on planning and strategy, the second focuses on leadership within the facility itself, and the third focuses on leadership of the organization in its entirety.
