The Building Owners and Managers Association of Los Angeles (BOMA) is set to host its latest seminar on business ethics. The nonprofit organization that strives to bring the latest industry information to the community. This Ethics is Good Business workshop on ethics seeks to educate industry leaders on the relationship between ethics and professionalism.

The class, taught by Michael Goodman, will solidify what is right and wrong in some sticky professional situations. Students will encounter hypothetical ethical dilemmas and will be given the tools (and confidence) to follow through with the right measures. Because the seminar is focused on building ownership and management, topics focused on industry dilemmas. From tenant relations to proper use of funds to conflicts of interest, you’ll get a wide range of advice on how to handle common yet difficult situations.
Course fees are determined by BOMA membership and whether of not you’ve previously attended a course. For members, new students are $873 and returning students are $698. For non-members, new students are $1073 and returning students are $898.
